Impulse Hospital to Become Bangladesh’s First AI-Based Hospital

Dhaka, 15 August 2025: Impulse Hospital, in collaboration with Index Group, unveiled its vision of transforming into the country’s first AI-driven hospital at a special event held in Tejgaon, Dhaka, on Friday night.

The keynote presentation was delivered by Mr. Shafiullah Al Munir, Chief Executive Officer of Index Group, who said: “Impulse Hospital is moving forward with the ambition of becoming the nation’s first AI-powered hospital and establishing itself as a true center of excellence.” 

Index Group conducted an in-depth study of Impulse Hospital, identified key challenges, and presented a comprehensive roadmap to address them.

The event was chaired by Ms. Khaleda Yeasmin, Managing Director of Impulse Hospital. It was graced by the presence of Mr. ABM Abdus Sattar, Former Secretary, General Secretary of the Officers’ Club, and President of the Welfare Cooperative, as the Chief Guest.

The program highlighted Impulse Hospital’s roadmap toward becoming a world-class healthcare institution by integrating advanced technology and artificial intelligence to ensure global standards in healthcare delivery. Members of the Board of Directors emphasized that AI will help provide faster and more accurate diagnoses, improved treatment, and enhanced patient care management.

Several AI-based initiatives are already in progress, and in the near future, Impulse Hospital aims to set a benchmark not only in Bangladesh but also on the international stage.
